What is Kisan Call Center?

Farmers from any-part of the country can access those numbers by both public and private telephone network. Currently there are 25 Kisan Call Centers are functioning in different location of India.

If specialists not able to answer at that time of call means, he or she will be responsive to dialer’s queries within next 72 hrs either by text or by voice mode.|
|3||Level III||Consultation with Specialists||In this stage, questions which are not answered in first two level reaches to a dedicated cell located at the nodal office either in or out of the state. Respective specialists must respond to the question within 72 hrs from the receipt.|

According to government guidelines, one can speak to KCC agent through any telecommunicating network in all 7 days of the week from 6 AM to 10 PM.
